"This skid plate is well thought out. There is an opening for ventilation for the 2nd alternator that the picture doesn’t show. Fit and installation was perfect. The only drawback is the lack of access to the oil drain plug. I’ll make my own. Also I think it would be nice to have a ventilation hole on the left side to have some air movement in front of the oil cooler. I would purchase again!"
"The skid plate fits perfect One thing I need to mention I wish there was a separate small access to oil plug on the engine for oil replacement . . not to remove the skid plate for every oil change"

"The transmission skid plates went on easily and look great. I had an issue with the engine skid plate as the factory support brackets had been removed with an earlier bumper install. I contacted Agile and they were VERY helpful, sold me the Van compass brackets, and I was able to complete the installation."

"I own a 2021 Sprinter 3500 4x4, ordered the engine only skid plate. Skid plate was back ordered (understandable) Skid plate arrived missing needed “Over run brackets” . Had to pay an additional $366 for brackets. Arrived and did not have any mounting hardware…. Furthermore the MB OEM brackets that were sent to me need to be modified on the drivers side to allow mounting of the vacuum tank…. Called Agile they were willing to send me Van Compass company brackets (they are modified and come with mounting hardware). I chose the 10% refund ($36)… and kept the brackets… 3 things: 1) Instructions are vague (no 3500 4x4 notes) 2) Overrun brackets not mentioned are required. 3) mounting hardware not supplied Agile charged me $1,122. 59 w/shipping Van Compass charges $920. 50 wo/Shipping Van compass comes with modified brackets AND mounting hardware. Plus go on their website, they have detailed instructions! Sorry Agile, no Gold Star for this one…."
"(This is the second time I posted my review, must have been deleted…) I own a 2021 Sprinter 3500 4x4. Purchased the engine only skid plate. Once it arrived it did not have the needed “Overrun brackets” that are needed for the 3500 model. Called agile and they charged me $360 for OEM MB brackets. They arrived a week later and to my dismay the brackets did not come with the needed bolts to install them to the van. Furthermore, the bracket was not fitting properly on the drivers side due to the Vacuum tank. I called Agile once again and they said the bracket would need to be modified in order for it to work… Definitely not the 1 hour install as they advertise. 3 things: Poor install instructions (3500) Needed bolts were not supplied Brackets sent needed to me modified… They mentioned Van Compass company has the correct brackets with bolts. I looked on their website and total cost was considerably less than Agile for the entire skid plate package, and came with everything you needed to include proper fitment and clear instructions. Sorry Agile, no Gold Star on this one…"
"This is a great product that’s both easy to work with and assemble. However, the instructions provided did not include a critical step that requires altering the frame on newer sprinter models. Excluding that information caused me lots of grief and delayed installation for over a week. Thanks."
